Berlin, January 28th, 2021: Companies in the feed industry, the food industry and system catering must commit themselves to using only sustainable palm oil in feed, demands the German Environmental Aid (DUH). The current situation is more than sobering. This is shown by the second query of the DUH feed radar: Furthermore, only 4 of the 67 companies surveyed use certified sustainable palm oil along their supply chains. So far, other companies have only announced that they will introduce specifications for their suppliers in the near future.
