Description
The executive order stipulates requirements for reporting tobacco surrogates. A tobacco surrogate is a product containing nicotine and not containing tobacco. The executive order contains requirements that manufacturers and importers must report information about themselves and about the product's trade name, product type, product ID as well as ingredients and the quantity of these for each tobacco surrogate. The reporting of new or changed surrogates must take place before the products may be marketed.
