New settlement deadlines have been set for the sale, use and possession of a number of plant protection products, which must be phased out during 2023 and 2024.
A new substances order is therefore issued, which has added a number of new plant protection products, to which completion deadlines for sale, use and possession have been set in Annex 3. These plant protection products will be phased out during 2023 and 2024.
A new appendix 5 is also added, which contains a list of the plant protection products that are covered by the new national prohibition rules that entered into force on 1 July 2022.
