China | Notice on public solicitation of opinions on the national standard "Regulations on Radiation Environmental Protection for Decommissioned Uranium Mining and Metallurgy Facilities (Draft for Comment)"

In order to implement the "Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China", "The Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Radioactive Pollution" and other laws and regulations, and standardize the radiation environmental protection work of decommissioned uranium mining and metallurgy facilities, our Ministry organized the compilation of the "Regulations on the Radiation Environmental Protection of Decommissioned Uranium Mining and Metallurgy Facilities" (Draft for Solicitation of Comments)” is now open for comments. The draft for comments and its preparation instructions can be searched and consulted in the column of "Solicitation of Opinions" on the website of our Ministry

All government agencies, organizations, enterprises and institutions and individuals can submit opinions and suggestions. Please give feedback to our department in writing for relevant comments and suggestions, and please send the electronic version of the materials to the contact person's mailbox at the same time. The deadline for comments is March 15, 2023.
