The COMMISSION DELEGATED REGULATION (EU) 2023/707 of 19 December 2022 amending Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 as regards hazard classes and criteria for the classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures was been published on the Official Journal on the 31st of March 2023.
This regulation amends CLP Regulatoin by introducing hazard classes and labelling requirements for substances and mixtures and the corresponding scientific criteria to identify them, based on the increased scientific knowledge and experience gained in identifying endocrine disruptors, persistent, bioaccumulative, toxic chemicals, and very persistent, very mobile substances and mixtures.
