Description
In accordance with Paragraph 4, Article 7 of the Cosmetic Hygiene and Safety Act, the Ministry of Health and Welfare proposes "Labeling requirements for cosmetic packaging, containers, labels or directions" (Draft) to specify the layout, methods and other aspects to be followed by cosmetic products in the packaging, containers, labels or leaflets. The proposed requirements will replace "The Indication Requirement for the Label, Leaflet, and Packaging of Cosmetic Products" and "The names of all ingredients contained in the cosmetic product shall be indicated on the outer packaging," which were adopted in 2006 and 2001 respectively.
