Ministry of Ecology and Environment Invites Comments on Revisions to Marine Environmental Impact Assessment Technical Guidelines

The Ministry of Ecology and Environment of China has revised the "Environmental Impact of Marine Engineering Assessment Technical Guidelines (GB/T 19485-2014)" and released the draft for public comment under the name "Environmental Impact Assessment Technical Guidelines Marine Environment (Draft for Comment)". The revision aims to standardize and guide the work of marine environmental impact assessment and implement laws such as the "Marine Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People's Republic of China".
