ECHA’s Management Board has elected its Austrian member, Mr Paul Krajnik, to lead its work. Mr Krajnik is the Deputy Director for Chemicals Policy and Biocides and the Head of Biocides at the Austrian Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management. He succeeds Ms Sharon McGuinness, Chief Executive Officer of the Irish Health and Safety Authority, who has served for two full terms as chair.
