France and Sweden have submitted a proposal to restrict the placing on the market of textile and leather articles containing skin sensitising, irritative and/or corrosive substances.

Details on the scope of restriction - Restricting the placing on the market of textile and leather articles containing Skin sensitising, irritative and/or corrosive substances.

Reason for restriction - The dossier submitters’ starting point is Skin sensitising, irritative and/or corrosive substances that may be present in textile and leather articles, including classified substances as Skin Sens. under CLP 1/1A/1B and/or Skin irrit. 2 and/or Skin corr. 1/1A/1B/1C as well as the substances recommended to be classified as such by RAC.
