This news contains references also to other Substances

The European Environmental Bureau and seven other organisations welcome the EU Commission’s and ECHA’s progress to ban PFHxA, its salts and related substances. At the same time the signatories of the letter, who have been working on phasing out toxic substances globally, call attention to the delay in adopting the PFHxA restriction and also to the weaker proposal of the restriction on PFAS in firefighting foams. The NGOs further provide recommendations on what needs to be done now on PFAS.
