On 14 and 15 June 2021 , during the meeting of the Permanent Pesticide Residues Committee, the following documents were voted.
The transposition of these documents into the respective regulations is currently in progress, which will modify Annexes II, III, IV and V of Regulation (EC) no. 396/2005 of the European Parliament and of the Council regarding the maximum residue limits (MRLs) of some active substances. The regulations will be published soon in the Official Journal of the European Union.
