Senator Carper Introduces Clean Hydrogen Tax Legislation

“If we want to combat the existential threat of climate change and position our economy for the future, we need to ensure that our tax policies support and encourage innovative technologies that make a clean energy revolution possible,” said Senator Tom Carper. “Hydrogen can be used as a zero-emitting fuel across our economy, from our cars to our factories.
