New Guide on Legal Marketing of Hand Sprays and Hand Disinfectants

The Environmental Protection Agency's Chemical Unit may in special cases allow the classification requirements of the classification order for a product's hazard label to be waived. Inquiries should be addressed to CLPhelpdesk@mst.dk.

Required information:

(*) Product name and information (trade name, quantity, etc.)
(*) Composition information (a safety data sheet should be sufficient)
(*) The language in which the hazard label is written
(*) Intended quantity of products to be marketed in Denmark 
(*) Information about which players the products are intended to be marketed to (retail, public bodies, businesses, etc.)
