The Committee for Risk Assessment (RAC) adopted fourteen proposals for harmonised classification and labelling, as well as one restriction proposal on lead in gunshot. The Committee for Socio-economic Analysis (SEAC) adopted two final opinions on restriction proposals.

The Committees agreed to the proposal to restrict lead and its compounds in gunshot for shooting with a shotgun within a wetland or where spent gunshot would land within a wetland. SEAC adopted two final opinions to manage the use of diisocyanates in the workplace, primarily through the training of workers and the restriction of the use of lead stabilisers in PVC articles.

RAC adopted its opinions on the evaluations of three dossiers prepared by ECHA on occupational exposure limits (OELs), for nickel and its compounds, benzene, and acrylonitrile.

The Committees also discussed and agreed on seven draft opinions in RAC and five draft opinions in SEAC on six applications for authorisation on uses of chromium (VI) substances.

More information on the agreed draft opinions under the authorisation process, the fourteen adopted opinions on harmonised classification and labelling, and the three restriction proposals is available in the annex.
