Description
This Regulation specifies the technical requirements, test methods and regulations on the management of mercury content in fluorescent lamps specified in the Appendix to this Regulation. This regulation applies to organizations and individuals manufacturing, importing and trading mercury-containing fluorescent lamps as specified in the Appendix to this Regulation, state management agencies and other related organizations and individuals.
