In the recast of the Drinking Water Directive, an EU conformity system for products that are intended to be in contact with drinking water will be set up. This delegated act is part of a group of initiatives for creating this EU system and lays down the procedure for amending the European positive list (‘EUPL’) of starting substances, compositions or constituents to be used in the manufacture of materials or products intended to be in contact with drinking water.
