The proposed regulation establishes rules to establish specific prohibitions on the use of high global warming potential refrigerants in new and retrofit stationary refrigeration equipment and certain HFCs used as blowing agents in foam end uses.
It provides: i) record keeping requirement that would require the production of these documents if the California Air Resources Board (CARB) requests them, and ii) disclosure requirement on the invoice produced by the manufacturer for these end uses.
