The Government Affairs Service Center of the Chinese Ministry of Ecology and Environment officially opens

On Oct 12, 2018, MEPSCC (China Solid Waste and Chemical Management) announced that from Oct 15, the channel for new chemical notification and import declaration for solid waste has been transformed to the government affair service center under MEE, and the original notification system will be closed soon. This transformation was forecasted in the 10^th Chemical Regulatory Annual Conference, on Sep 11, 2018.

The service center could be accessed under MEE website: http://www.mee.gov.cn/ ->Business Service->Service Center.  Entities need to register themselves before conducting any notification. There is also a guidance for using the system, notification details and other affairs.
