International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT)

As Morocco is a member of the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT), for species coming under the ICCAT convention, i.e. tuna and tuna-like species such as bluefin and bigeye tuna as well as swordfish, an ICCAT Statistical Document is required. The quoted document has been completely revised and adapted to new regulations. Amongst other modifications, the model forms have been exchanged for their current versions and the Electronic Bluefin Tuna Catch Document (eBCD) has been introduced to the mentioned document, which may be viewed for particulars.

Classification of Medical Devices

The classification of medical devices, i.e. the tariff codes of the Harmonized System (HS) for which the measures depicted in the document entitled Registration of Medical Devices apply, has been adjusted in accordance with Customs Circular No. 6049/232 of 21 May 2020, which corresponds to the most recent official list of medical devices prepared jointly by the World Customs Organization (WCO) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
