IReland has notified to ECHA the intention to harmonise the hazard classification of O-isopropyl ethylthiocarbamate. The proposed harmonised classification is "Reproductive toxicity" and "Hazardous to the aquatic environment".

O-isopropyl ethylthiocarbamate (often abbreviated as IPETC) is a chemical compound that is primarily used as a pesticide and herbicide. It is a member of the thiocarbamate family of chemicals and is commonly used to control weeds and pests in a variety of crops, including corn, soybeans, potatoes, and peanuts. It is also used as a fungicide for seed treatment and as a soil fumigant.
