US | Enhancing Miner Safety: Proposed Rule to Reduce Respirable Crystalline Silica Exposure and Improve Respiratory Protection
The Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) has proposed a rule to lower miners' exposure to respirable crystalline silica, a carcinogenic hazard, and improve respiratory protection for all airborne hazards. Three public hearings will be held to gather input from the public on this proposed rule, providing an opportunity for stakeholders to present their views and comments on the matter.
