On 14 and 15 June, the ENVI Committee Members will vote on the adoption of the General Union Environment Action Programme to 2030.

The European Commission adopted a proposal for the 8th Environment Action Programme (EAP) on 14 October 2020. The proposal supports the environment and climate action objectives of the European Green Deal. In the European Parliament, the EAP was assigned to the ENVI Committee rapporteur, Grace O'Sullivan (Greens/EFA). The rapporteur, presented a draft report at ENVI committee meeting on 25 February 2021.
