On July 6, 2021, the Office of Administrative Law approved the amendment to Title 27, California Code of Regulations, section 25705, to add a No Significant Risk Level for the chemical trichloroacetic acid. The regulation will be effective on October 1, 2021. This regulation establishes a No Significant Risk Level of 9.9 micrograms per day for trichloroacetic acid for purposes of Proposition 65.
