The California Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) will convene a meeting of the Developmental and Reproductive Toxicant Identification Committee (DARTIC) for possible listing of perfluorononanoic acid (PFNA) and its salts, and perfluorodecanoic acid (PFDA) and its salts, under the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Proposition 65). OEHHA is also opening a 45-day public comment period on the hazard identification document for these chemicals.
