This year will see the plastics debate given the spotlight it needs. In the Innovation Theatre Adrian Griffiths will lead a seminar discussing the groundbreaking chemical recycling technologies that could be the solution to the deeper issues created by China refusing the import of outside waste. Given the plastic waste problems are far from being as black and white as we might think, James Lee of Cromwell Polythene will be discussing how we can change our perspective on plastics and how they can benefit the environment when used responsibly and effectively. Having these differing approaches will make sure RWM explores every solution avenue available and leaves no stone unturned.
