Italy | Regulation on measures and requirements of plant protection products for safe use by non-professional users

In the Official Gazette General Series n. 20 of 26.01.2022 was published the decree of 20 November 2021 amending and replacing the Annex of the Ministerial Decree of 22 January 2018, n 33, containing the "Regulation on the measures and requirements of plant protection products for safe use by non-users professional ".

The aforementioned decree of 20 November 2021 entered into force on the fifteenth day following that of its publication, on 10 February 2022. As of that date, the requirements set out in the new Annex are therefore applied both for the purpose of issuing new authorizations for plant protection products. for non-professional use pursuant to Article 3 of Ministerial Decree No. 33/2018 , and for the re-examination of products permitted on a transitional basis pursuant to Articles 7 and 8 of the same Ministerial Decree
