Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden intend to send their proposal to restrict the manufacture, placing on the market and use of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) to ECHA by 15 July 2022.
They are now looking for more information for the intended restriction to fill knowledge gaps, particularly concerning alternatives to PFAS.
The deadline for comments is 19 September 2021.
