The Draft Agenda of the Meeting Of The Waste Expert Group (Waste Framework Directive) to be held on the 12th of March 2020 includes:

(*) Guidelines on new separate collection obligations (to be adopted by the Commission - “Commission Notice”, point 1.8. in the Commission Communication on translation)

(*) Guidelines on extended producer responsibility requirements (to be adopted by the Commission - “Commission Notice”, point 1.8. in the Commission Communication on translation)

(*) Waste oils – Article 21(4) obligations. Highlights of study on waste oils and outlook into new JRC project.

(*) Review of Annexes IV and V of Regulation (EU) 2019/2032 (POP regulation). State of play and introduction of new ongoing study to support impact assessment.
