Commission Regulation (EU) 2020/507 | ECHA will check the compliance of 20% of the registration dossiers

The new European Regulation 2020/507 amends Article 41(5) of REACH and increases the amount of dossiers to be checked by ECHA for compliance, as following:

(*) for substances produced/manufactured in Europe in quantities higher than 100 tonnes per year: at least 20% by 31 December 2023

(*) for substances produced/manufactured in Europe in quantities lower than 100 tonnes per year: at least 20% by 31 December 2027
