Description of content: This draft Technical Regulation establishes Mercosur list of substances that cannot be used in personal hygiene products, cosmetics and perfumes.

This Technical Regulation will enter into force on the date of its adoption. It will revoke Anvisa's Resolution RDC No. 48, 16 March 2006.
