Important Update: 3E Generate and ERC+ Can Help you Author SDS Updates Pursuant to GHS Rev. 7

The US Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) adoption of Globally Harmonized System for Hazard Communication (GHS) Rev. 7 is looming and 3E has you covered.

Recently, 3E launched product updates for our key SDS Authoring software products, 3E Generate and 3E ERC+ Suite, to address OSHA GHS regulatory changes and help product stewards, authors, and customers alike start the process of amending their SDS and labels in plenty of time to comply with the amended OSHA standard.

This has been the recent hot topic after US OSHA amended its Hazard Communication Standard (HazCom) to align with GHS Rev. 7 and that amendment lends itself to new requirements and a lot of work to update new and existing documents. Deadlines are approaching :

• January 2026 for substances
• July 2027 for mixtures
