US EPA Launches New Electronic Reporting Application for TSCA Chemical Export Notifications

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has launched a new application in the Central Data Exchange (CDX), the agency's electronic reporting site, that allows users to submit communications under section 12(b) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) electronically. The application is located within the Chemical Safety and Pesticide Programs (CSPP) dataflow and will provide users with a more convenient and efficient way to submit the necessary information for these export notifications.
