Earlier ChemLinked reported that South Korea amended Enforcement Rule of the Cosmetics Act, which regulated that from Jan. 1, 2020, all the cosmetics shall label fragrance allergens’ names on the packaging. Then on Sep. 11, 2019, South Korea released an announcement amending Standards for Marking Cosmetics Usage Precautions, detailing the categories of fragrance allergens that should be labeled and the conditions of labeling.
