Purpose The purpose of this Technical Sanitary Regulation is to establish the criteria for the process of obtaining the Mandatory Sanitary Notification of antibacterial cosmetic products that contain alcohol within their ingredients and household hygiene products with disinfecting properties; as well as, for the control and surveillance of said products. Scope of application The provisions contained in this Technical Sanitary Regulation apply to all natural or legal persons, national or foreign, installed in the national territory that manufacture, store, package, package, condition, manufacture, sell, import, distribute and market cosmetic products that contain alcohol within its ingredients or household hygiene products with disinfecting properties.
